How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia, but we hope to expand internationally in the near future.

What is your return policy?

Because all our optical products and lenses are custom-crafted to your specific prescription, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, all products are covered by statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law for any manufacturing defects, faulty products, or transit damage.
