We strive to describe our Products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any Products at any time without notice.

6. Prescription Eyewear

When ordering prescription eyewear, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and current prescription.
• Your prescription must be issued by a registered Australian optometrist or ophthalmologist.
• Your prescription must be valid (typically less than 2 years old, or 1 year for persons under 18).
• We craft your lenses exactly to the prescription provided, so please double-check your details before ordering to ensure a perfect fit. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect prescriptions provided by you.
• Prescription eyewear is custom-made to order.
• Purchasing eyewear online is not a substitute for a professional eye examination.
• We may have prescription range limitations and reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed these limitations. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
• An adaptation period for new lenses is normal. It typically takes 1 to 2 weeks for your brain and eyes to adjust to a new prescription. If you continue to experience difficulties after 14 days, please consult your optometrist.
• Customers are provided with fitting and adjustment instructions and are advised to have the spectacles professionally adjusted by a qualified optical professional if required.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is securely processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time without notice.

10. Returns & Refunds Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Because prescription products are custom-manufactured to individual specifications, sales are final and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or selection preferences. 11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on the Site are the property of Nomi Eyewear. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Nomi Eyewear is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, issues arising from incorrect prescriptions provided by you, slight colour variations between screen and physical product, or customs delays.

You agree to protect Nomi Eyewear from any claims or losses arising from your provision of incorrect prescription details, your misuse of the Products, or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first contact us at nomieyewear@gmail.com to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may proceed to mediation before pursuing legal action in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Nomi Eyewear regarding your use of the Site and purchase of Products, superseding any prior agreements.
